Grapefruit
The Grapefruit or Citrus paradisi, is the family Rutaceae. Its essential oil extracted from the peel by pressure Frois consists mainly of limonene and myrcene, two active friends of the gallbladder. Grapefruit helps to pay the excess food and is known to strengthen the small blood vessels.
